For the parallel events on Friday and Saturday, as well as for the pre-conference tours, we will use the Istanbulkart—the universal transit card for Metro, Tram, Bus, Metrobus, Ferry, and Funicular.
There are three ways to obtain your Istanbulkart:
- Receive a pre-loaded card at the opening session
If you travel from the airport using the private bus services and attend the opening session, we will provide you with a physical Istanbulkart, loaded with enough credit for your stay. We will also assist you in personalizing your card to take advantage of reduced transfer fares. - Purchase a physical card yourself upon arrival
You may obtain a physical Istanbulkart yourself upon arrival at an automated kiosk in the airport metro station and personalize it. The cost will be reimbursed. For details, please visit the Forum / Logisticssection. - Use the digital Istanbulkart mobile app
You can download the Istanbulkart app at home before your trip, which allows you to board using a QR code—no physical card is required. Please ensure your mobile device is always charged and with you.

Important: If you choose Option 2 or 3, please inform us at logistics@inura26istanbul.net at least three days before your arrival.
Note:
- Option 1 (combined with the airport bus) is the easiest. Please note that the cost of the airport bus will not be reimbursed.
- If you choose Option 3, please set it up in advance at home. If you encounter any issues, inform us promptly so we can arrange a physical card for you in time.
For the Sunday metropolitan tours, we will use chartered buses, and on Monday, our group will have exclusive use of a hired boat.
