The conference fee for the city part includes half board.
Please arrange breakfast in Istanbul separately with your accommodation.
Included meals:
- 4 lunches: Friday 5th – Monday 8th
- 4 dinners: Thursday 4th – Sunday 7th
Meal arrangements during excursions:
Lunches will generally be taken at traditional lokantas in the areas we visit, or we may return to our meeting area before lunch. The guide will decide based on the tour plan. See individual tour descriptions for details. Meals will typically include home-cooked dishes such as stews, rice, and occasionally baked pide.
Monday’s lunch may consist of sandwiches or takeaway finger food on board.
Dinner arrangements:
Dinners following common events will be served at the event venue where possible. Light or finger food will be provided to encourage socializing.
Sunday evening will likely be a seated farewell dinner.
The Retreat
The retreat includes full board.One dinner during the retreat will be a barbecue.
DRINKS
As a general rule, unless specified for a particular occasion:
- Water and tea are always included.
- All other beverages — soft drinks, sodas, coffee, and alcoholic drinks — are extra.
